Explain your situation to manager, Atleast ask B, so that the pay wont be stopped. If you already good and work and have good relationship with manager then no need.

It's internal news that if any associate is not 80% RTO complaint then no A (or even B for some projects) Bands.
If atleast 70% RTO complaint, you can expect B band.
If below that then C for sure.
There are some projects that doesn't track any office compliance. Nor they receive RTO mail.
I suggest you talk to your supervisor and start to be compliant on things. There is no such thing as a critical resource. Everyone can be replaced. So don't give them a reason to rate you low.
