Byjus offer letter and experience letter not released.
I need urgent help with an issue I'm facing with Byju's. Despite sending multiple emails to the off-boarding team, I have not received my relieving and experience letters. These documents are crucial for my onboarding process with a new organization, and the delay is affecting my employment status.
I kindly request Byju's to expedite the issuance of these documents. Any assistance or leads on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Why not check with your reporting manager? They must be able to help you expedite the process
Due to the circumstances in byju's lot of people have leave the organisation so no old connection able to help.
Sorry, wasn't aware of that. 2 things which you can do, I believe.
Explain your new org HR/manager about the issue. Show them the proofs. Be honest. It's not your fault. Send a legal notice to Byjus
I am in the same condition for getting my experience certificate or full & final settlement document from Byjus . But after sending several mail and reminders, i haven't heard anything from them.
