Byju Raveendran will possibly still retain his board seat thereby he is still in a position to exhibit intense influence on decisions. Yet, this is a marked departure.
My immediate hunch is that it is done to take heat off of the eponymous founder as this move allows him to execute with lesser public scrutiny.
They removed Mrinal Mohit. No impact on byju
