Resigining from TCS ( 7 LPA ), 4 years of experience, received a job offer from EY package of 12 fixed 1 variable total 13 LPA

Did you get offer before resigning or resigned and then searched for the job. Is EY waiting for 3 months of Notice period???

I have put notice period and do u know the process? HR raised in Esep portal however my manager is not releasing me from project as he is like I cannot talk u loop the supervisor (like she is proj head ) can u let me know process .. as I want to shorten my notice as well it would be really helpful
With supervisors support necessary in order to release early
Hey @PowerBIman I spoke to my manager and he said he will talk to sdm and will get released me from the project… do u have any idea how long it takes to get released (early release) from the project? And shud I report to RmG after this process like I need to submit my laptop and stuff so can u give me clarity if u have answers it would be helpful and thanks 🙏🏻

You can tell me the process time how much it takes like after 1st around processed after how many days and 2nd round processed after how many days
Sometimes they take days but if you are going for drive sort of thing thing mostly your 2 rounds will happen on the same day and HR will connect in few days
