Bye bye TCS
Finally said goodbye to tcs. Today is my last day in tcs and I'm really feeling good as of now (not sure about the future). My journey of 2yrs in tcs and bad decision of joining tcs finally comes to an end.
Wanted to create this post from very long.
I am not sure whether you guys are asking for correct queries or not but as per my opinion no😔I saw on this post someone asked his/ her journey in TCS and smooth leaving the journey., not sure if concern person shared his TCS journey or smooth leaving then are you guys going to behave similar as releave people did?? I don't think your answer is in Yes.
Every organisation has different environments with different management,so don't expect you to behave in a similar way.
@Luckypatcher , you are saying Hell to TCS and you earn for your life expense from TCS. Think before you write ✍️ any word for any organisation not only for TCS.
Can you tell the procedure of smooth leaving the company and how to handle the notice period, and which project were you part of and roles and responsibilities ?
@UltraInstinct7 For smooth leaving only manager and hr can help you, I was part of US project as team member. For handling notice period, I have resigned and started searching and interviewing
