By march end our leaves get expired right?

Hi All,

We have these categories of leaves right i.e 1. Earned leaves 2. Sick leaves 3. Casual leaves Wanted to know from this which one will get expired by march end.

All casual leave and earned & sick leave above 44 would be expired by 31st March. Flexi leaves get expired on 31st December.
