Hi folks..my notice is 90 days and about to drop paper today.Manager is not supporting for early release (no dependency) can some one help me with buyout option details please..
Tell them you have to shift your hometown due to some family matters (land dispute or something like medical issues for someone in the family and it requires your undivided attention so you won't be able to serve your notice period. If they deny they get in touch with HR and share the same reason and explain that you do not have any dependency as of now so to kindly let you go. Just keep using terms like this situation is mentally pressing you, you're unable to understand what to do, and getting frustrated due to getting stuck without any particular reason...they will approve your early release
Thanks pal..ll try this..now dropped papers with reason as moving to hometown.also conveyed reason for resignation as looking for remote and got one due to location constraints.. din realized it would be this toxic
