Trending @Accenture; Buyout Pros & cons
I am at career level 11 with 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics (Power BI developer). Recently I got an offer from one of the Org. for 11 LPA and they want me to join within the next 2 months. This Org. is very small and doesn't have any PF structure at all. Should I consider this offer and if yes, I have to buy out from Accenture as they want me to join by July.
Help me with details for buy out, what will be the possible outcome if I am choosing this. and What amount I need to pay to Accenture?

Do moonlighting if possible since no pf they won’t understand if you are working two jobs

Check with your HR to know if they are even allowing a buyout or not. I'm currently on notice and tried my level best for a buyout but my HR is adamant that we dont allow a buyout or reduction in notice period

Same with me. Serving full 90 days, though my NP is about to come to an end. All depends on the SM. My SM is a crybaby, kept on crying why I am leaving such a good org when I was trying to discuss early release.

It's mandatory for a firm having more than 20 employee to have a PF structure, so nothing PF structure seems to be very sketchy so it's better to look other company

Change your location in Accenture to the new jobs location
And since you have to go to office once a week in Accenture, you can manage both.
Good luck

Totally depends on the manager. Recently one of my colleague resigned. He wanted release after 40 days, so his senior manager told him that he can get release today , after 40 days or after 3 months whatever he likes.

Ok, What is the amount that needs to be paid for this and what are the factors it depends on? Also, What do you think about the offer I got? is this good or not?
