I have got an offer with 100% hike but they are asking me to join within 45 days. They have offered buyout for 30 day. Is it possible to reduce my notice period. There are critical year end project aligned with me.

Continue informing the new recruiter that you will join as planned, then request a 15-day extension due to pending handover/project, and then ask again for another 15 days so that a total of 90 days is achieved.
They just won't give in, I tried with the least of 10 or 20 days reduction, so I still serve 70 days. They did not even agree to that. F&(^ bit&#&

Most probably they will make you serve 90 days, you can ask them to release you in the starting of the quarter.
