Trending @Capgemini; Buyout Option In Offer Letter

As all know, Capgemini doesn’t release early and had to serve 90 days anyhow but in my offer letter, it’s mentioned that I can pay against my notice period as per my need. So now what are the chances as I am about to get offers but have to join in 30-45 days.

Did you mention the notice period is 30 days or did you mention that you can negotiate the notice period before attending the interview? You can keep trying to give more interviews based on the offer, you will get counter offers.

Next time when you get a call for another interview you can mention other date as lwd but not the actual date. Meanwhile you can put up the papers, by the time you will reach your actual lwd, you will have multiple offers.

It's hard to buy out the NP, but you can try to check with Hr and your manager.

All the best!

If you are on bench, then there are chances. Otherwise it depends on project if they want to release you.

No on bench but it’s mentioned in my offer letter so can’t I convey this and settle down my NP? This is legal right?
