Culture depends on client to client. Wlb as well. Hikes are negligible so don't expect that. Also projects are lesser now.
Apart from that ig 20 leaves are there annually, and for sick leave you need a medical certificate every time and can't apply for a single day, minimum two.
Bench is for 2 months only, but ig for lateral hires it's of 6 months in the start.
