Buyout option for notice period

Do anyone had idea about buyout policy in TCS. I wish to reduce my notice period from 90 days to 60 days before joining new organization due to personal commitment . Do all manager accept this without buyout option. If accepted how much pay do I need to give them? Am I supposed to bear only basic salary amount of one month earning or what and all components does it include??
