Trending @Wipro; Buyout option available in wipro?

Hi everyone I got offer from other company and here in wipro they are not reducing my notice period. But the new organisation want me to join early within 30 days , so can you guys suggest how I can do that , is there any option for buyout? Or anything else I can do . I am already serving my notice period. Can I utilise my paid leaves for this.?

I will suggest you to 1st go to the free pool then resign, that time they will release you early or in other word you can buy out

No they will not do that. I am in free pool and resigned but still HR told me its not possible you have to serve 3m NP.
