Buyout Notice period

I already left accenture without serving notice period, they have not paid me the final pay of Rs. 40,000 and I'm required to pay back Rs. 60,000 to get a relieving letter. This amount is from CTC and not basic pay alone. Is there any way I can get a relieving letter without needing to pay?

Hey how did you do it? Can you explain the process? Even if required, I am ready to pay the amount because they might not give me the option of buying out notice period.

It depends on your manager. If they allow you can buyout

I think for payout we just need to pay basic
Not sure on how to get it, maybe file a complaint
