I recently cleared the Genpact selection process for the data engineer role and they are ready to match the offer which I was expecting but the only condition I need to join from Sept 2nd as there was a client requirement.
I haven't resigned yet but my project is ending by this Aug30th.
Kindly suggest to me is there a way I can buyout or convince Hr about this and get early release from Wipro.

Same. I have resigned and I have been on bench since end of august, but they are not agreeing on anything. They are saying to serve 90days.
You can resign now and later ask to give early release as you will be on bench .if you are on bench you will get immediate release.
Thank you for the response. I'll be released from the current billing project from Aug 30th but I got allocated to another account and I need to report from Sept 2nd. So I feel like I got struck and visited Grapevine to get suggestions

Happened with me in June.. I had offer but Wipro didn't released me , they asked to serve complete 90 days notice period.
You need to wait till 90 days, nothing can be done
