If we apply for a job which has condition to join in 30 days and if we got hired. Can we go for an option of buyout in infy? That's by giving our 2 months salary and reducing our notice period to 30 days Or giving 3 months salary and get rid of notice period?

Sadly do not expect any buyout's from Infy HR n mgmt PPL Only possibility is if you're on bench code, they may release you a bit early, however definitely not within 30 days
