Trending @Capgemini; Buyout: Do we have a buyout option for notice period in CG ? I don't want to serve the notice period for 90 days.

I have checked with HR, as per latest rules Buyout option eligible for only those who are not completed probation period.

I don't think there is an option to buy out at present. The exit papers will have the date as 90 days from the date of resignation. HR is not willing to change saying the system doesn't allow them to do so.

Maybe someone from the top management can do something but the chances are slim.

My advice would be to get an offer who accepts 90 days, resign and attend more interviews.

If they put us on PIP then how many months they will give resign or layoff?

If you are on bench, they will release you within 30 days .... But if you are on project then it totally depends on your manager and the management whether they will allow you early release or not.

Nope they won’t decrease even a single day pf notice period, i had tried everything
