Buying motorcycle

I'm planning to buy a motorcycle. I went to 4 places - Honda, TVS, hero and Bajaj. Im checking out 200 cc bikes.

All of them didn't provide test rides. All of them are like - it will be available later. One was like today PDI dept closed on Sunday

What's the deal? The city is Pune
