Buying a PS5 from another country

So I’m travelling to hong kong in a few weeks and I was wondering if I can pick up a ps5 disk version from there because it’s a whole 15k lesser than India,

My concerns however are,

Is there any problem with games and region ? Will the India ps store work on it once I get it here ?
