Is buyout/revoke notice period possible while working in Accenture , actually my new employer is not ready to wait for 90 Days notice period.
Yes they agreed for my early release
So how long did they ask you to serve the notice? And how did u approach them on reducing the notice period or early release? I am planning to put down papers soon with similar companies I am applying asking for max of 1 month .. please help i am stuck here with toxic manager who doesn't want me to grow
First get roll off from your project then put down your papers while you are on bench. Then draft an email to your HRPA stating that you dont have ny dependencies and you are willing to buyout your notice period also if possible mention some family related health emergency.
My friend just got early release as an ASE. So i think you would also get it.
