Buy out option in TCS

Is there any chance to buy out options in tcs next company asking for early join max in 60 days I have an offer from two companies but it's a tech sector. Currently tcs ninga 4.2 LPA 4.3 YOE. Joined as fresher work in support project python Sql tech

2. One of the telecom companies which uses 5G and Kubernetes.

Both offer almost ~8LPA
