Buy out in TCS

Im currently servicing notice period. I got an offer to join a company in 30days from now. My remaining notice period is 54 days. Can i opt for Buy out option or I have to mandatorily service till 90days in TCS

You have discuss with you manage and then HR. But manager will send you to check with HR and HR will ask you to speak to Manager.

Hi , u can negotiate with HR demand for early release if be utter that i have to leave otherwise match the offer then my friend had Amazon OL he served 1 month and rest he buy out
