Hey guys, is buy out allowed in Capgemini if we want to join another org in next 30 to 60 days?

No its not allowed if you go to HR they will simply say we do not have any buyout policy even if it is clearly written in offwr letter and policy letter.

If you go to you manager they will simply say we cannot do it as you are tagged in the project.

Fyi- if you or bench then you are a free bird they can release you within a week too..hope this helps..

My Supervisor told me that buyout option is available in CG as I asked for an instant resignation.
