Business approvals on offers

👋 Hello, I interviewed at AstraZeneca chennai few days back and I cleared the Director level and Final HR interview. In HR interview they said once we get confirmation from the director round we can release a LOI and then we will release the offer letter. After getting confirmation form the director, now they said we need to get some business approvals and ask me to wait? Can I get the offer?
