Business analyst at 2.7 LPA

I'm a fresher and I got a role as a business analyst at a company in chennai for 2.7 LPA. What do you all think about this? Also how can I increase my salary in the future (learning new skills, doing courses etc)

Only way to increase salary is upskill and switch jobs

Try moving to product role if you are the tech side BA, but yeah, gotta work a few years and then 10-12LPA switches are certainly possible
