Business + IT ( Need good work life balance job)

Hey folks, Right now I'm on notice period for the next three months. I have 3 years of experience now and will be helping dad with business now and maybe taking over in the future. So in that case I need a good work life balance job( salary need not be high) and preferably remote/ hybrid job.

Any suggestions or maybe a lead/ideas will be very much appreciated since im completely lost right now. Thank you!
