Burnt out, but no offers
Burnt out, no energy left to survive in this shithole of a work place. My workload is less now since reorg due to recent layoffs but completely out of motivation of work here due to micro-management, no empathy towards employees.
Below is my compensation, I want to leave asap, also trying to get offers but very less are even matching the offer. The market condition doesn't seem good, not getting sufficient calls. What is your situation out there?

There are companies which will match this but they are few, were flying high with VC money, now without VC money and no profitability the wings are slowly getting clipped. Now the list of companies becomes even smaller if you remove the above. Further companies paying 40L in fixed around 5 YOE becomes much lesser.
I think you should take a pill bite the reality, settle for less for now and make a move when the markets conditions changes
