Trending @Accenture; Burned out as a Salesforce dev.
I am currently working as a Salesforce developer. I have been working in Salesforce for the last 3.5 years . Before that I worked as a .net full stack dev for 3 years and even before that as a game dev for 2 years. I switched to Salesforce as money was good compared to gameDev or .net . But currently i am finding it boring as hell. Any CRM platform is boring in my opinion. I feel burned out and looking for a way out to AI or Data related field. I did some certifications , then tried to switch within Accenture. I approached AI and Data leads, used mentors guidelines, I even cleared one or two internal project interviews. But ultimately my DU lead didn't approve the transition so couldn't move to Data and AI. My performance is getting hampered as I lost all interest in Salesforce. What do you think about this situation? Any suggestions?

Seeing you aptitude, you would Crack even pbcs

Get out. I did in last March.

Salesforce app itself is boring AF never want to work on it . I am working as fronted dev , code in js and react but the interface, and too much UI,interrelated fileds and relationships,sf objects makes it boring . If something breaks most teammates have no idea what part of app could be the root cause.(only architect or senior level employees have understanding of whole system)
Maybe i am too lazy to understand the sf functional side or it is just too much to understand. I don't know but
I feel like never working on a company specific tool/tech.
Other projects , which have banking, or any other industry software, looked way more straight forward and even that app interface or learning curve from a functional standpoint looks more intuitive.

Trust me , if u can clear internal project then u can crack interview outside as well. Ask ur manager for roll off . If not then its better to look for opportunities outside.
