Burden of expectations
I'm having 4 years of experience with salary 17 lpa. Thing is I always have this feeling that I might be earning little more than the threshold and it eventually results in a feeling that I owe them something. causing extra stress and hesitation in expressing the thoughts freely.
Is it relatable?
Bro i got 16lpa as package from being tier 1 college and always felt like i am earning quite low relative to my college friends as they got 50-60lpa offers
But i was happy as i had a good wlb even they also had good wlb but what bothered me the most was i constantly use to compare myself and that made me feel very low demotivated loser etc but within a year I realised happiness is most important and i love my colleagues love to go to office as they all are really good.
