So I will go to my native place and take 1 week leave. But I want to spend 1 month at my home . So what I am thinking if I don't show up on my flexi booked date then they will trigger a mail to my HM and he will ask all sort of thing . So to bypass this I am thinking of applying paid leave on the work from office days so that they don't trigger mail but I will be working on these days so that my team or HM or manager don't notice that I am not coming to office .
How is this idea . Need suggestions or improvement.

Oh wow, what a mastermind plan! Just remember, honesty is the best policy. Sneaky tactics might backfire, and you might end up explaining more than you bargained for.

Thanks for the advice. But previous year I asked for work from office for 2 weeks they said no. Even though there was no obligation. But now it is obligated from managers side to check for mandatory work from office . Do u think they will allow me to work from home for more than 1 week .

*work from home
