I have been (hard) working 12 hrs a day in Infosys from past 2.5 yrs still my manager find it difficult to promote me to senior systems Engineer Whenever he has some priority work he assigns it to me But when it comes to promotions he is on back foot Scumbag

Same situation for me also. When i told manager he said he recommend my name already to HR.BUT FINALLY after 2.5 years ther promoted as SSE in April. You also raise request to hr or directly talk to BPHR.
HOPEFULLY they can help.
Hey, i think you should mail your HR and keep your manager in CC and ask "i have completed 2.5yrs at infosys and is eligible for SSE progression, so when can i ecpect that." Trust me i have been the same and i got progressed to SSE at the start of this month April. I have mailed multiple times and was ready to mail even DM if i din't got that. I asked for the same in the last Townhall nd after 10 min i got a mail that you have been progressed to SSE and effective from 1ST JAN. i hope this helps
I've also faced the same sh*tty situation. Worked in support for 12hrs a day for 14 days straight.😵💫 The person assigned to work with me was a senior and he was a native of my manager's area. Every day he will escape the support telling me that he has some medical emergency, marriage, need to water trees, etc etc 🤡🤡🤡 No one there to help me. I single-handedly managed the entire process. 😞 In the end , i was invisible to my manager. She didn't even give me a "good job" message. After 2 months i was released from my project without any explanations.

Dude same with me , working in Infosys from last 3 years and from starting till date I am test engineer. Started with 3.6 LPA and even after 3 years I am getting 4.2 LPA and they expect to work more than 11 hour and sometimes more than 12 . After that when I ask for promotion they tell that you have not spent 1.5 yrs in same project so you are not eligible for promotion. So when I resigned they contacted me and asked me you could have discussed with me earlier before putting resignation 🤡🤡🤡

SSE is not a promotion. Not a single penny will increase.
If you’ve completed 2.5 years and are not liking, just try and switch to a different organisation.
This is become so normal in infosys nowadays
