Bullshit Learnings policy in P#C being Big4

5% of variable will be get deducted due to completion of training after due date, and we fools 12 to 16 hrs working on the project to meet the deadlines which is a rot cause of delay of learning completions, but "NO" even though you are doing great you manager is happy your client is happy but you are under performer due to learnings not completed before due date, so 5% will be deducted from Variable pay.... Such a bullshit policy...🤬🤬🤬 I believe most of the P#C people will agree 💯 on this.....
