Pramotion... Really...They have introduced D band this year and purposely almost 5 to 10 % of employees have been awarded with the D band.

They have reduced salary up to 20% to all D band employees.....

These all are just rumors, everyone knows TCS is not going to do anything like this, it's just either they are trying to place a new carrot in front of their slaves that they just erase this appraisal and look for the new unrealistic milestone. It's just a part of policy to control and manage their slaves without creating any chaos
