Built an app to replace managers
Have built an AI app which can easily handle tasks like people management, employee rating based on PR quality and feedback from clients, looking to monetize the app by selling it to corporates.
Anyone from director, cxo level interested in demo plz DM/ Comment.

Want to highligjt one point, most of the clients never appreciate, rather they send esclation for minor issue also. How you will be handling this

@Sree83 The App goal isn’t to blindly trust client feedback (which can sometimes skew negative or escalate minor issues), but to contextualize it. The system I’m building: Weighs feedback against objective signals like PR quality, review cycles, delivery timelines, and defect rates Identifies patterns over time, not one-off escalations Flags bias or anomaly in feedback (e.g., consistently harsh clients vs overall team sentiment) Surfaces insights, but keeps humans in the loop for final decisions So instead of replacing judgment, it augments it with data, reducing noise and making evaluations more fair and consistent. Curious to hear your thoughts — how do you currently balance subjective client feedback vs actual engineering quality?

Does your app handle "let's have a quick 2 min huddle regd x" pings from managers

@Alphabets Those 2-min pings are usually a symptom of poor visibility, not necessity.
The idea is to replace them with signal-based nudges, meetings happen only when there’s a real blocker, and with the right stakeholders (tech or client), not by default.
