Built a "Stakeholder Simulator" because theory doesn't work. Feedback?

Hey folks, 14 YOE PM here.

We all know the standard advice for stakeholder management ("Communicate better!"), but the reality is usually messy conflict and ego management.

I’ve been building a text-based simulator to practice these specific, tricky scenarios (e.g., The "Hippo" VP, the Engineering pushback).

It actually hit the front page of Hacker News yesterday (and the traffic killed my payment gateway for a bit 😅).

I’d love some feedback from fellow PMs on the realism of the scenarios.
