Building an agentic platform that runs autonomous AI employees that continuously work on tasks, iterate and improve themselves using reflections.

Starting with:-

AI software engineers & engineering managers
AI Sales reps & sales leaders

These will be full stack service agents.

AI engineer will build + debug + review PR + estimate. AI manager will manage team full stack. AI sales rep will do sales cycle end to end.

Looking for cofounders with some experience in LLMs, python & product sense.

Current team is ex-founders and staff engineers at big tech.

Nice. I think reflection might be overblown and CoT prompting might be part of instruction tuning datasets from the next releases. Better off, build where your products improve with that, and get the orchestration right.
