Build new start-up

I hate corporate and I want to risk it to build something better which makes a difference to people and provides more efficiency while also making money.
I have an interesting idea and currently I’m solo on this. I’m looking for ideas on how to get funding to kickstart my business and probably get along an interesting team and people on the way.
Scale it up-go public and retire. That’s the goal.
Can you please help me with contacts/ideas for seed funding and what and how much you need to be prepared to even reach out them. I know just an idea and forecasting doesn’t work. Please advise.
