I've been assigned a bug and I am trying to solve it for almost a week but I am unable to solve it. Has it ever happened to any of you? One of my colleague has also tried with me to solve it but can't. We fix one thing and it makes 2 more bugs... What should someone do in this situation?

Take help from chatGPT (don't copy whatever it generates blindly though). You'll atleast get an idea on what approach you need to take
