Bug in Grapevine

Hey Grapevine Team,

I was recently trying to add my company in grapevine as it is already not there in the options that's why I tried the request company option & then after choosing the role as software engineer, It immediately closed the app.

Everytime the behaviour is same, most probably some null checks are being avoided which is causing this issue.

Please fix this, or you can hire me for fixing, I'll be happy to do that. 😁
