How to proceed for business change ? I am working jn one project from a year almost where I am loaned resource therefore, I am facing alot of issues in promotion and annual discussions. If anybody faced such issue please help me and share how can I initiate this BU change request

Notice period from accenture ? Or from the BU?
As my current project in which I am working is very smooth and leads are also supportive. But BU LEAD AND THE PL WHO ARE FROM business team are not supportive at all

First, talk to your manager about your issues and career goals. Update your skills in the system. Look for internal job postings. Be ready for a notice period. Involve HR and PMO for approvals.
