Is bto, time in office and Sapiance compliance too important that it overshadows your technical performance? I have been rated succeeding and the reason was my sapiance is averaging about 5 hours. Time in office is just more than two hours and back to office was 8 days for a single month. Also, I have been working here for 4 years as a senior analyst. Now they also want to change my project and so, they are offboarding me. Is this justified? I have also been rated as exceptional but that was 2 years ago. After that my manager got changed, and I am receiving 3 rating from the last two years.
