Trending @Capgemini; BTO Non Compliant Will it affect my appraisal?

I was going through a hard phase of my life for the last 3-4 months and I went for like 1-2 days each month to office. nobody told me anything during that time and I received no mail till this month. Just before appraisal mail, received the non compliance mail suggesting I should follow bto policies. Although I am thinking of completing 12 days from Oct onwards, will it affect my appraisal? My people manager and supervisor is that same and he doesn’t know much about the project i am in.

definitely it will, they just need 1 reason to not give increment, let it be BTO or trainings or any vague reason you could even think of

In many cases it can be termination also

No..! Non compliance to BTO doesn't cause the termination if you are billable.

It will totally depend on your BU and what attendance cut off they have set for appraisal this year (even though officially it's 12 but some BUs shows leniency towards attendance during appraisals). But in your case since you had been only visiting office for 1-2 days for the last 4 months, chances of getting appraisal for you this year is very slim or might get very less hike this year. But it will all depend on your BU and to some extent your ratings as well
