Hello guys I am pregnant and in my first trimester due to which I am facing difficulties in going to the office as I have extreme nausea and dizziness. Haven’t been to office this month and just now received non compliant email. Can anyone tell what are its consequences? Can I inform my N+1 and get the BTO exemption? I haven’t received my ratings yet,will informing my n+1 impact my ratings? Please advice

Ratings are already done. N+1 just needs to release them. So it wont affect your rating. You should take BTO exemption and your request will be approved

Hi, how many days will they approve for bto exception ?? Because I am also in 1st trimester facing same problem
