Trending @Capgemini; BTO impacts Ratimg?

I have been following BTO till it was 8 days a Month Later..Due to some personal reasons I haven't went to Office for few month Now they made it 12 days(3 days a week) compulsory.

And I am trying to match it. (12days...10days..7days)

Will it Impact my Rating during review?
