Trending @Capgemini; BTO Exemption-SuccessFactors.

I recently had an emergency surgery and have applied for BTO exemption on SuccessFactors. But the start date have to be a future date and we cannot choose from the current date. Do we have to go office till the exemption date starts?

I don't understand how this new BTO exemption policy serves the purpose of any emergency situation.

Apply keeping more than 28 days, they will get back to you to change it....add in comments that you don't have access to update immediate days. They will then update the exception from backend

They have made the portal so complicated that it doesn't even allow us to submit. All the criteria needs to be fulfilled. Then only we can submit it. They haven't considered the emergency cases that might arise.

I also applied WFH. I was sent email to HR and it got approved. When I still getting BTO exception mail, I reached my manager, he asked me to ignore those mail.
