First of all you need to submit required documents for BTO , then your manager will forward it to HR to check if it's valid or not. If it's for medical issues, Cg has a dedicated doctor to check documents and approve it and the doctor will say how many days exemption can be given for this medical issue or for these issues no exceptions needed. As per feedback from doctor HR approves or rejects , then your manager approves or rejects. This is the process.

In getsucess you can apply. Those who have good connection with HR. They will get BTO exemption easily.
