I have some emergency medical condition in December so I didn't go to office but got doctor approval in mid of dec, recommended to do WFH but while applying bto exemption it's not allowing me to select dec dates. It's asking to select 14 days ahead. How to raise bto for current month? And what documents or approval are needed to get it approved

As far as I know you can't raise BTO exemption request for the past dates. It always have to be future dates. Anyways, you can reach out to your N+1 regarding this and get q clarity.

Experiencing the same issue. Reached out to my N+1 and he also doesn’t have any idea to raise for the past days. If by any chance you get to know the process please share here too..
