What will happen if we don’t follow BTO rule in CG without having BTO exception for any family members medical problem Any idea !!!!

Three things are possible in this case.

  1. You receive a non-compliance mail ( somewhay unlikely as you're just missing only few days).
  2. Might not receive the non-compliance mail, but your appraisals will be affected.
  3. No action is taken [no mail, no affect on appraisal] - Best case scenario

Either of these three are possible
