I applied for BTO EXCEMPTION and my N+1 has approved it but after that i have not received any mail so does that mean my BTO is accepted ?
@Distinctivelaserrrr1 hi, on what basis you have raised a BTO request? Check the current status of the workflow. I face the same issue, under the category I have selected the wrong one and it redirected back to me that I have raised in the wrong category.
Medical condition
They u need to submit required documents, once u raise bto request it will send to ur n+1, one he approves, it will take to 2nd stage is with ur practice lead. Once he also approved it will be taken to the HR team for validation. Whatever documents you submitted in the portal will be reviewed by the company doctor and they will suggest how many days you can get approval.
That's fine, it's approved, you need to have that approved snap personally for future reference
Go to successfactor -> Home-> my pending workflows there you can see the status of your BTO
Check status in success factor and bto section
