I am attending office 7-8 days in month and have not received any complaince mail till now.Will it have any effect on appraisal and hikes??

You will definitely not get the appraisal buddy....they just want one reason to not give the appraisal

They might have not have not sent any compliance mails as of now but they sure use this at the time of your appraisal
